Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
Due to hygiene and health standards, personal care items such as undergarments, bras, cosmetics, and other intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Regular Items Return Policy:
To guarantee customer satisfaction and efficient supplier relations, returns of eligible and approved regular items are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, to be eligible for a return.
Sale Items:
Only items at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to manage the logistics and restocking process efficiently.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund, with no restocking fee applied. However, items that have been damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for return or refund.
